2. Services

2.1 We provide vehicle servicing, repairs, MOT testing, diagnostics, and related services for cars and light commercial vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles.

2.2 All services are subject to availability and inspection of the vehicle.

2.3 Any advice or estimates provided prior to inspection are indicative only and not binding.

3. Estimates & Authorisation of Work

3.1 Estimates are provided in good faith based on initial assessment and may change if additional faults are discovered.

3.2 We will seek your authorisation before carrying out any additional work not covered in the original estimate, where reasonably practicable.

3.3 By authorising work, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have authority from the owner.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment is due in full upon completion of the work and before the vehicle is released.

4.3 We reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle until full payment has been received (garage lien).

4.4 We accept payment methods as advertised on our premises or website.

5. MOT Testing

5.1 MOT tests are conducted in accordance with DVSA regulations.

5.2 A valid MOT certificate does not guarantee the general mechanical condition of the vehicle beyond the items tested.

5.3 We are not responsible for MOT failure due to pre-existing defects or issues outside the scope of the test.

6. Repairs & Parts

6.1 Replacement parts may be new, reconditioned, or manufacturer-approved equivalents unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 Any parts replaced during repairs may be retained by us unless you request their return at the time of authorisation.

6.3 We do not guarantee the availability of specific parts and are not liable for delays caused by suppliers.

7. Warranty & Liability

7.1 We warrant that all work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7.2 Any warranty on parts is subject to the manufacturer's terms.

7.3 We are not liable for:

  • Wear and tear
  • Pre-existing faults
  • Faults caused by manufacturer defects or third parties
  • Loss or damage caused by delays beyond our control

7.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Electric & Hybrid Vehicles

8.1 We undertake work on electric and hybrid vehicles using appropriate equipment and trained personnel.

8.2 Due to the complexity of EV and hybrid systems, diagnostics may identify multiple or evolving faults.

8.3 Battery health, range, and performance are subject to usage, age, and manufacturer specifications and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

9. Customer Responsibilities

9.1 You must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle and any known issues.

9.2 Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before leaving it with us. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.

9.3 Vehicles left uncollected for more than 14 days after notification of completion may incur storage charges.

10. Cancellations & No-Shows

10.1 We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

10.2 We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellations, where permitted by law.

11. Website Use

11.2 You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, or introduce viruses or harmful material.

12. Privacy
